A better word for sin is error. Lies are a form of sin but not every sin is based on lies(such as murder, etc). Sin is always however a form of error. Scripture says theres 2 types of sin, some that lead to death & some that dont(1 John 5:xx)...there are definitely 2 types of error when you use that word instead...not every error is an error punishable by God. My take on happiness also is that its merely an emotional state. Ine can have mental joy in unhappy times & moments but happiness is fickle because it can be stolen via a mere slap to the face. A mostly happy day can be fully ruined by just one great unhappy moment. In the end, most people seeking happiness are selfish & selfishness is the truest opposite of love as surely as the most evil things people do to innocent people spawns from selfishness, not hate. The hate of a righteous person in a righteous cause is godly, but the hate of a selfish person is exceedingly cruel when they would already do evil to others without a motive of hate. Then, our age is uniquely favored with sources of entertainment by which we can make ourselves happy. Anybody seeking a fickle laugh can find one at any hour of the day in the western world. An escape from harsh reality comes quickly watching fiction of any genre we so choose but happiness is fleeting, especially in a fallen evil world. I dare even say, the happiest people in an evil world are thrmselves selfish, evil, or ignorant aka foolish. We who choose a more mature stance can still find peace & contentment without chasing happiness like a drug. A little happiness each day is good but we then find & sustain peace & contentment as we focus on unhappy things in the world like how we can reach the lost more effectively while growing in our knowledge of the Kingdom of God. Salute to you bro & God bless your family. Great points made about how they illustrate an emasculated Jesus unaware how Jesus was the epitome of true masculinity being the Creator of the universe in the flesh. And yes, the path of suffering seems to be the true path of character & success....its just sad that we sometimes dont apply it where it truly matters. Some of the most jacked people are the most superficial lacking self control where things truly matter(because they are only disciplined in hopes of gassing up their ego & selfish nature). We often overlook how Lucifer's fall didnt come from hate but his egoic selfishness that in a way seemed godly & right but in the end led to him being zapped. Its not unlike the false equality we see thirsted after in feminism via the Jezebel spirit that mirrors Lucifer's complex(wanting to be wrongfully uplifted even over his head covering, perverting divine order with a major error aka major sin). Literally, Eve fell for that error of false equality & to this day women often remain the weakest link when it comes to divine order having those same urges in them that so quickly disobey God as to submit to the whispers of His opps. That same spirit of Jezebel & Lucifer is on men when we too wish to be wrongfully uplifted such as celebrities, politicians, & many perverse pastors are. Its even more blatant when we finally see someone we can & should uplift that way(Jesus) & yet so few of us are willing to(especially when He leads via serving...the very opposite of those wrongfully uplifted folk who feed off of the masses & demand we remain under them unlike Jesus who remains rightfully greater than us even as He serves us with hope we rise & conform to His likeness). I will end with this last point about what i just said: the politician knows the jig is up if you see through their bs & compete with them hoping to do a better job; the celeb knows they wouldnt have any power if the people saw them for who they truly are & held them accountable as fellow people. Even the pastors who thinks themselves head over church congregants knows their power wanes when the congregants grow & show more skills making them better choices in pastoring church gatherings(because thats all a pastor should be pastoring...just the church event aka meet up...thats a mere job of a good referee who holds no bias yet most pastors are biased, want to outshine anyone who dares grow in godliness beyond their control, & will kick out anyone who holds them accountable like a brother rather than a make-shift head covering). This all is important when we remember scripture says for men to have no head covering but God (& women have none but God & husband). Literally, if Eve abided in that, she wouldnt have let Lucifer mislead her & Adam wouldnt have let his wife act as head misleading him also. Its then clear that wrongfully uplifting like Adam did Eve & Eve did Lucifer is like that of what we can call the Ahab spirit or complex, but being wrongfully uplifted like Lucifer desires & Eve desired in seeking false equality with God is the Jezebel spirit or complex. Knowing this is critical cuz its a major sin aka major error that people even in the church still practice though we dont have to be a slave to it & should in due time grow to identify & repent of it....but sadly many dont which reminds me why Jesus warned us to beware the yeast if the religious Pharisees which today would be the yeast of the religious spirited pastors who walk contrary to the Kingdom of God Jesus preached. A little bit of churchianity's yeast can inflate the whole batch of dough. Adam didnt lose a religion in Eden nor did God establish one with Moses when the theocratic nation of Israel was made & of course Jesus didnt preach the gospel of a new man-made religion but only the Gospel of the Kingdom. Kingdoms have literal kings, armies, & prisons but religions that have these are cults. No brand of man-made religion can substitute itself for the Kingdom that will be on earth as in heaven, yet so quickly we allow certain ones to attempt to not unlike how pastors attempt to act as our greaters aka our head coverings we were told not to take up. When we truly get this, we start to see the path of Lucifer in error all around us from the vain desire to be famous just to have wrongful power over people or worst, to feed off the masses politician-pastor style while never truly serving the needs of people. Yet Jesus, the rightful Head of mankind, leads us by first serving. We see this likeness in true fatherhood when we lead our children via serving their needs & raising them to be as great as they can(not holding them back & stunting their growth out of fear of losing power to manipulate them). As we become great in godliness, God is not threatened but pleased as He should be when truly godliness will never have us fight to usurp His Throne like Lucifer hoped when practicing fake imitation godliness. Religion as we see it today is very much fake imitation godliness, ever teaching but never coming to the knowledge of the truth that God's Spirit makes plain even as Jesus did so that we understand(unlike the dogmatic doctrines of religious tradition that almost purposefully gets things wrong to ensure we fail to have eyes to see & ears to hear the truth). The command to be as shrewe as serpents then is all the more mandatory & not an option...a shrewd serpent like Satan will definitely seek to condemn us even via the churches as surely as til this day, people in church pray to angels(creation) & to Mary(creation), but miss that Jesus uniquely is God(& there is no eternal Father without the eternal Son & no creation made in His likeness or not can compete with His Almighty power hence praying to creation is an absolute insult to the Creator of time, space, & matter who shares His Throne with no creation, not Mary, Michael, nor Lucifer).

No matter how I calculate them (either L-R separately or combined) my numbers don't match. e.g. Atos, Weeks 1 & 3, Day 1 'Sum' = 48NL. I get either: (4+4+4) x 3 sets = 36 or (4+4+4) x 2 x 3 sets = 72. The same with most (all?) of the others. Am I missing something? Thanks.

Ran it with a single 20kg except for the lightest day which I did with a single 24kg. Day 3 really got my 54 year old heart pumping. @@thekettlebellcoach

Just found your channel. When you focused on increasing your DL with singles, what percentage of your 1RM did you work with. DL and pullups are my favorite movements. Thanks for the awesome content **Edit*** just found your daily deadlift vlog. I'll go through it but damn bro there's over 80 days!

Brother, love how you link up your training with the Catholic faith! We're in a spiritual battle, we must be trained up spiritually through prayer (Holy Rosary), sacraments and the Holy sacrifice of the Mass but also physically to better protect and serve our loved ones, and to fulfill the Divine Will in our lives. God bless and strengthen you

Awesome Tips Hector! These "upstream strategies" are making a big difference in my coaching and planning for my students! Thank you!

Good points! With the clean though, I find elbow issues creep in over time and volume (tennis/golfer's elbow)..so no immediate saftey mechanism. Low bicep issues too especially on improper drops with a slight bend in the elbow. I find the clean harder to learn than the swing. I've been doing S&S with a 24kg (20 sessions in now) and no back issues... was also practicing cleans, but noticed low bicep and golfer's elbow niggles. Biggest concern for me at age 50 is overuse injuries over time with kettlebells.

As Hec mentions, the clean is self-correcting. If you're experiencing Elbow/bicep issues , chances are your technique could use a little help. Im 41 and might have 500,000 cleans under my belt and no elbow issues to speak of. If the bicep is bothering you, you want to be careful that in the drop , you're allowing the arm to fully straighten out at the bottom as you go into the backswing. I used to let my arm stay bent in the back swing too and was warned by a Master SFG at my SFG 1 Cert that I would tear my bicep or destroy my elbow out if I kept it up...I stopped immediately ;-)

@stephane, exactly what @edgeofstrengthocala said. The clean is giving you feedback that you're likely pulling the bell out of your hips which is adding stress to your bicep tendon. 1.) If you think/look a little further upstream, most people lead with the hand which result in pulling the bell out of your hips. 2.) If you approach your training as practice, you can practice leading through the hip and elbow (preventing many of these problems from happening in the first place). I talk about it here: ruclips.net/video/ngb1R4i4igY/видео.htmlsi=4ATPBtAmwC_OAYiS

5:06, beautiful sweep. By the way, when you said that you love training with your partner but you HATE training with your partner, I felt that in my soul brother. My main grappling partner is a 30 yr old young stud wrestling coach, 230 lbs and strong and skilled. Our rounds keep us so honest, because one inch the wrong way and we're in trouble. But we take it to each other and we love it, but hate it! LOL
